Presente simple
Para conjugar el presente simple usamos el infinitivo para los sujetos "I", "you", "we" y "they" y para las terceras personas "he", "she" y "it", añadimos un "is" al final delverbo.
Afirmativo
Estructura: Sujeto + verbo principal.
I Work – yo trabajo
He Works – él trabaja
They Work – ellos trabajan

Negativo
En frases negativas, el verbo auxiliar ("to do") cambia y elverbo principal es en el infinitivo.
Estructura: Sujeto + verbo auxiliar ("to do") + auxiliar negativo ("not") + verbo principal.
I do not work ó i don’t work – yo no trabajo
He does not work – hedoesn’t work – él no trabaja
They do not work – they don’t work – Ellos no trabajan

Interrogativo
Estructura: Verbo auxiliar ("to do") + sujeto + verbo principal?

Do i work? - ¿trabajo yo?Does he work? - ¿trabaja él?
Do they work? - ¿trabajan ellos?

Interrogativo negativo
Estructura: Verbo auxiliar ("to do") + sujeto + auxiliar negativo + verbo principal?
Do I not work? - ¿trabajoyo?
Does he not work?¿trabaja él?
Do they not work? - ¿trabajan ellos?

Presente Progresivo
El “Presente Progresivo” es un tiempo gramatical que lo utilizamos para expresar las acciones oactos que estamos haciendo en un momento dado o, están ocurriendo "ahora" o, en un tiempo cercano a "ahora" o, que no ha terminado.
Afirmativo
Estructura: Sujeto + "to be" en presente + el verboprincipal acabado en "ing". 
I am working – I’m working – yo estoy trabajando
He is working – he’s working – él esta trabajando
They are working – They’re working – ellos estan trabajando
NegativoEstructura: Sujeto + "to be" en presente + not + el verbo principal acabado en "ing". 
I am not working – yo no estoy trabajando
He is not working – he isn’t working – él no esta trabajando
They arenot working – They aren’t working – ellos no estan trabajando

Interrogativo
Estructura: Verbo + sujeto + verbo principal terminado en "ing"? 

Am i working?- ¿Estoy trabajando?
