I completely understand your situation. Poor you! About your problems Idon’t know if I can help but I can give you some advices. I really think you should speak to your flatmate and explain how you feel.
Youhave to support Dave in your house because he is dating whit your roommate, and apparently they are very well together.
If Hillary gaveDave a key to the house, you should talk to her and tell that you have rules and one of them is that if he will be in the house, it hasto be when she is there.
And about your being the boss, well you have to accept it and you don’t mix friendship whit work or you couldlose a friend.
I know you have a lot of work so try to relax some time like going to the spa in the weekends or go out with yourfriends, because a promotion bring a lot of stress so if you want you could call me or visit me.
