I think that nowadays it’s very safe paying our bills through the internet because all ofthe security systems that the banks and institutions use in all the online services that include the use of personal information and money. Institutions use software’s with a lot of security systemslike passwords that change every day, firewalls, anti-virus and antispyware systems.

5. Do you prefer to request information from a person or from a computer? Why?
I prefer to requestinformation through the internet because you don’t need to go out of your house or work you only need a computer with internet connection and I prefer the internet because the transactions process faster thandoing in person where you need to wait until somebody attend you.
