Tienen todas las organizaciones de mantenimiento exceso de plantilla/personal?

Las razones por los cuales la mayoría de las organizaciones de mantenimiento están utilizando más horas de mantenimiento en total de lo necesario es que gastan demasiado tiempo en hacer las cosas incorrectas y esto pasa porque trabajan en un sistema que no permite a la gente a ser tan eficientes como pueden ser.Corregir el sistema es la responsabilidad del liderazgo. Es la cosa más importante que un líder puede hacer. Yo uso el líder de corto/largo plazo, ya que demasiados gerentes solamente mantienen el estatus quo.

Algunos ejemplos de hacer las cosas mal son los siguientes:

• El mantenimiento está impulsado por el coste en lugar de acciones que impulsan el coste. Gerentes de mantenimiento cada vezestán más centrados en las limitaciones presupuestarias que en entrega de fiabilidad. Un enfoque en mejorar la fiabilidad producirá el rendimiento más rápido de la producción de mayor calidad y menores costes
• Reacción a las averías en sus instalaciones. Nuestros estudios muestran que más del 50% de todos los trabajos de mantenimiento se puede evitar
La razón de esto es que los fundamentos de laprevención del mantenimiento, inspecciones y las prácticas operativas al mismo tiempo que la planificación, programación y ejecución, no se hacen correctamente.


• Reacción a las prioridades emocionales. En día de hoy, todavía la mayoría de las organizaciones de mantenimiento son vistos como proveedores de servicios y no los proveedores de fiabilidad de los equipos en una asociación deigualdad con las operaciones
Las operaciones se siguen considerando como el ordenante de trabajo de la empresa de mantenimiento
Entre muchos otros comportamientos erróneos esto lleva a una mentalidad a favor del cliente, respondiendo a sus peticiones en lugar de entregar lo mejor para el negocio

I consider that books are with us during all our life. When I was achild my parents read them to me and I was pleased to listen to the stories and tales. I learned a lot of interesting and useful things from books. Later I could read myself and books brought me a lot of pleasant moments.

In general I'm fond of reading and to my mind books are a source of emotional inspiration and romantic feelings. Reading means much in our life. It is very useful becausebooks enrich our experience with that of other people, help to continue our self-education and to discover what we are. Reading is a rewarding pastime, as the time spent on a good book is never wasted. But some people think that a tempo of modern life is too fast to waste time on reading. They are sure that books have begun to lose their prestige and value. I agree that our century is the century ofcomputers and progressive technologies, but it doesn't mean that one day books will be replaced by computers. We read love and detective stories, science fiction and historical novels for pleasure and they create a special atmosphere. Books take us into the imaginary world of high human emotions and exciting relations. Owing to books we have the invisible contact with the writer who speaks with usfrom the passed centuries. I'm sure that computers are unable to replace these things. In my opinion books are not only things which help us to wide our knowledge but they are as teachers help us in different situations and set examples. Books teach us what is right and what is wrong, to understand the world we live in and people in it; they mould our character and at the same time they tell usexciting stories.
I have been interested in Russian literature since my childhood. As far as Russian literature is concerned it is hard to name one favorite writer or one favorite book especially if we are talking about the 19th and the beginning of the 20th centuries, known as the "golden" and "silver' periods in the Russian culture.
