El jefe inmediato es la persona de recibir los problemas quejas o inquietudes de los empleados y al mismo tiempo ellos tienen claro que es al él a quien deben comunicarle cualquier inconveniente y d esta manera no faltar alconducto regular que hay establecido en la empresa; esto representa el 78%. Al jefe inmediato o al compañero de trabajo más cercano se registra su reporte en 10% y el 12% se dirige al gerente.

It emerged as idea of two foreign investors who are Mr. Lucio Garcia, Argentine and Mr. Dick O'connors, Cuban, who in the year 1979 in Cartagena de Indias acquired the Hotel Don Blas,
The groupDecameron Hotels S.A. started its activities in 1987 with the opening of the hotel operation in Cartagena - Decameron Don Blas, since then without interruption, the company has grown in an orderly and meaningful way.
This hotel had 120 rooms achievement put into operation 60 more rooms, making a total of 180. Then increase to 280 rooms. Later they settled in Santa Marta, Colombia, a Port GalleonHincada Stone building, it opened as a hotel in Santa Marta right there Zambuco rented the hotel in the tourist area called Rodadero. This Hotel was operating about five years of the lease.
Currently only have the Santa Marta Hotel in Puerto Galleon. Santa Marta move to the City of San Luis.
On the island of San Andres, where they purchased a private club that reformed and became a great hotel.After about two years building the Sun Bay where there are currently 5 hotels began. The Decameron Isla Palma hotel works for lease, currently it remains in operation. 5 minutes from the border with Panama, a tourist town called located in Darien Jungle Capurganá operated for five years through lease was later closed by federal problems between Panama and Colombia. The percentages of average annual hotel occupancy exceeds 81%, well above the averageobtained in the hospitality industry in Mexico, Colombia number, and Panama.
Hotels Decameron Panama Costa Blanca began operations in December 2000 with 360 rooms in its first phase; in 2001 by the great success and market positioning 600 rooms was expanded to meet demand; in 2002 to proceed to the construction of the convention center and casino.
