Immigrants Tend to Be Invisible Without the Language in Society

The lack of language in a migration process, migrants feel as invisible people. By nature, man always is in search of a better quality of life, and seeks to satisfy their needs, whether humanitarian, materially,professionally, emotionally, as well as any requirement that people be having. Therefore always is in search of new opportunities and improve living conditions. A migration process can be one of the options in this constant search for better those conditions. This migratory process is usually very difficult to carry out, from the simple fact that people think about it, and find needs in their homecountry can not to satisfy, until the integration of society in the destination country. Migration to another country is often very painful and challenging, these challenges and problems such as language, different cultures and thoughts, clothing, values, food, the traditions of each country, are some of the problems that immigrants must face. Trying to face these types of problems can affect thempsychologically immigrants; they can lose its own identity and feel invisible in the new society. Often in search of a better quality of life, people are migrating to a new country, although they know of the big problems they face. Researches shows that the first problem finds an immigrant, is learning the new language (Kyung-Hee 289), and this lack of communication makes job opportunities decrease atthe beginning of the process.
Can have a little madness to think about to migrate to another country where there are many differences between the country of origin and the destination country? Nowadays, unfortunately there are big differences between underdeveloped countries and developed countries. While in underdeveloped countries live very serious problems such as unemployment, insecurity,violation of laws, mismanagement of governments which are authoritarian, oppressive and manipulators; in developed countries live totally opposite situations, such as better opportunities, greater freedom, peace, prosperity, and security. These developed countries offer a better quality of life, which the progress is not based simply monetarily, but the search for peace and personal security. As thehuman is in a constant search for their welfare, this great difference between countries can be a big gateway to overcome economic and emotional, although with this come other big problems for the simple fact that in the home country there are so many differences in the destination country.
When the migration going to be to a country with a different native language, experts say it is the majorchallenge that must face the migrants (Hee Nah 289). Because communication is absolutely essential in human life, it really is almost impossible to survive without a verbal language; this is necessary anywhere, such as on the street, in shops, in the bank, school, work, with the doctor, simply for people's daily routine. This great problem of lack of language, is manifested from you start fillingout applications and forms necessary for the immigrant's application. The language problem prevents you take advantage of many opportunities that exist in society, as opportunities for coexistence, working, entertainment as well such as of those government programs for immigrants; which creates a sense of isolation in society. This type of situations can lead to both psychological and emotionalproblems in migrants, which could affect the lives of migrants to generate stress, despair and a great internal frustration. The lack of language in the immigrant makes to feel a great empty within them, as if they did not belong to that new country, thus blocking to the immigrant in the process of integration into society.
