the world's existing fossil fuel resources. With technologies now becoming available, thes e
"synthetic fuels" will inc reas ingly replace declining oil res erves in the f uture. Synthetic fuel
production is possible becaus e sufficient quantitiesof raw materials exist to develop deliverabl e
quantities to replace fossil fuel production. These materials include wood and plants, the bio-wast e
