a.- Vision, Mission and Strategy of the Organization under study. (Students)
b.- Identificationof relevant knowledge to be managed and its sources and nature, in addition to external sources needed. In order to carry out this task, we should perform the following activities.
a. InitialKnowledge Audit of people and systems. (Class)
b. DAFO analysis. (Students)
c. Document with the Profiles of all Knowledge Workers. (Class).
d. List of processes involvedin the project. (Class)
e. Examples of Knowledge Maps relating: workers and activities, workers and processes, processes and strategy (Class)
f. Identification of processes relatedto the strategic plan. (Students)
g. Re-engineering of the different processes involved. (Students)
h. Identification of the decision-making processes in the organization. (Class)i. Develop the workflow of one of the processes indicated above. (Students)
f.- Identify external sources of knowledge possibly needed: Suppliers, Customers, Government, ProfessionalAssociations, Trade Unions, etc. (Class)

2.- Develop Knowledge Architecture and Content.a.- Define the KM life cycle proposed for this initiative. (Students)
