WHAT CAN PARENTS DO TO PROTECT THEIR CHILDREN THE BAD TV PROGRAMS?

Actually the children are exposing to bad TV programs, which contain unsuitable content. Evidently, many parents don’t helptheir children to choose the best TV programs for them.

First of all, parents have the responsibility to protect their children because they are very impressionable and they haven’t the agefor know what is bad or good for them, that is they don´t understand all, but they know how to copy the things they see and hear. In other words the family is the responsible in the children andyoung’s election, because often the parents are the ones who choose the TV programs, which shows things and behavior in appropriate way, such as drugs, sex, violence, and the parents watch itwith their son too.

Experts says that the parents have to know what the children’s like and talk with them about the bad TV programs, why they are bad for them and which shows are appropriate totheir age. I suggest that the parents to pass time doing some activities with the guys, some sports, table’s plays, and between all find original means to familiar entertainment.

The parentshave to know the technology, and know how to protect their children here too.
Maybe limit the time that the young spend in the computer and the TV, know the pages and web sites thatchildren see and find some technology tools to protect them.

In conclusion, the TV aren’t totally bad, while the parents don´t use TV as a babysitter substitute; when the parents and the school haveand goals for the children to watch it, and they can choose educational TV programs for limited time.

Finally to prohibit the TV use for kids isn’t a good idea, because it would cause morecuriosity for tv would find a way to watch it, the best means to protect them is to teach them how to make a good decision about what they see, because the parents won’t start always with them.
