INTRODUTION
Global warming to this day the world hassuffered because of the tornadoes that are becoming much more powerful and affecting countries that, while major powers (a clear example Texas United States) have struggled to recover from the surprise that have caused them.
That problem is not the only living planet, but also others like heavy rains is another case, as we lived the South American country Peru, rains washed away several villages, causing flooding and leaving them in poverty much worse. All this is caused by a single conflict.
One issue that has troubled for some time to people around the world and, although several countries are struggling to stop it, remains a major global issues: Global warming.
GLOBAL WARMING
Global warming is a term used to refer to the phenomenon of rising global average temperature of Earth'satmosphere and oceans, possibly reaching the level of heating of the Middle Ages to the mid twentieth century, to exceed it from then [2].
All data collections representative from ice cores, the growth rings of trees, etc.., Indicate that temperatures were warmer during medieval times, cooled to low values during the XVII, XVIII and XIX and then heated again quickly. [2] When studying theHolocene (last 11.600 years), the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) shows no evidence that there were global annual average temperatures warmer than today. [2] If projections of a warming of about 5 ° C this century materialize, then the planet will have experienced a number of global mean warming like the one suffered at the end of the Ice Age wisconsiense (last ice age), according tothe IPCC there is no evidence possible that future global exchange rate has been matched in the last 50 million years for a comparable temperature rise. [2]
Global warming is associated with climate change may be anthropogenic cause or not. The main effect that causes global warming is the greenhouse effect, a phenomenon referred to absorption by certain atmospheric gases, mainly H 2 O,followed by CO2 and O3-energy part of the land issue as a result of being heated by solar radiation. [3] The natural greenhouse effect that stabilizes the Earth's climate is not a matter to be included in the debate on global warming. Without this natural greenhouse effect temperatures would drop by approximately 30 ° C, with such change, the oceans would freeze and life as we know it would beimpossible. The IPCC states that: "most of the observed increases in average global temperature since the mid-twentieth century are most likely due to the observed increase in anthropogenic GHG concentrations". [4] This is known as the anthropogenic theory He predicts global warming will continue if they do emissions of greenhouse gases. At last report with projections presented by IPCC climate modelsindicate that it is likely that global surface temperature, increase from 1.1 to 6.4 ° C (2.0 to 11.5 ° F) during the XXI century [5].
They have proposed several measures to mitigate climate change adapt to it or use geoengineering to combat its effects. The most relevant international agreement on global warming has been the Kyoto Protocol, which aims at stabilizing the concentration of greenhousegases to avoid "dangerous anthropogenic interference with the climate system". [6] Was adopted at Convention United Nations Framework on Climate Change and promotes a reduction of pollutant emissions, mainly CO2. Until November 2009, 187 states have ratified the protocol. [7] EE. States. Largest emitter of greenhouse gases worldwide, [8] has not ratified the protocol.
