Improving the quality of education in Mexico should be a political and social priority. The development of human capital in Mexico is a prerequisite for improving living conditions of its population and to promote sustained social and economic progress condition. In addition, high rates of poverty, marked inequalities and rising crime have made the development of equitablepublic education and quality becomes a priority
Consecuences
Develop and implement a clear set of teaching standards. Well organized and coherent, to define how it should be good teaching, and specifying the knowledge, skills and dispositions should demonstrate that all teachers candidates before being accredited to teach.
Create a reliable system of accreditation for all initial teachertraining institutions, develop specific standards for teacher educators and mechanisms for stronger quality control because it is necessary to establish a set of accreditation standards that should be adopted by Normal and all other institutions of initial teacher training
Setting a trial period for beginning teachers, during which there would be intensive mentoring and support, followed by aperformance evaluation before receiving a permanent position; create a team of mentor teachers of excellence to offer such help implement a formal induction period with substantial support to all beginning teachers, so they can have easy access to experienced professionals who can guide their learning at work.
Develop and implement a rigorous teacher evaluation system focused on improving teaching andallow feedback to guide teachers to improve their practices in order to improve student learning
The development of new programs, allowing schools to choose those that are best suited to their needs, and providing intermediate support and guidance mechanisms to help them choose and follow up on administrative matters
Have the commitment of the various leaders of the states to cooperate amongthemselves as partners in every stage of education
Attract better teaching candidates and raise the income requirement in the teaching profession, especially in teacher
Strengthening social participation giving school boards greater responsibilities in relation to school, and the school greater responsibility for the community
Develop a framework of professional standards for school leadership andmanagement based on improving school results
Finally
By putting the success of schools and Mexicans in the center of educational policy design students, this debate provides a practical policy agenda so that schools, principals and teachers receive more support to perform their tasks in Mexico . Here we suggest that one of the first conditions needed to establish a limited number of clear,measurable and high priority, focused on improving student performance goals, reduce dropout rates, ensure the "timely exit" and reduce inequalities in the education system. Also a set of recommendations to consolidate a teaching profession to improve quality and efficiency through leadership, school management and social participation is proposed.

Además, las altas tasas de pobreza, desigualdades marcadas y aumento de la delincuencia han hecho que el desarrollo de la educación pública equitativa y decalidad se convierte en una prioridad

Desarrollar e implementar un conjunto claro de normas de enseñanza. Bien organizado y coherente, para definir cómo debe ser una buena enseñanza, y la especificación de los conocimientos, habilidades y disposiciones deben demostrar que todos los profesores de los candidatos antes de ser acreditado para enseñar.
