Well let’s start first with Chesapeake religion: Chesapeake regions includedcolonies as Maryland, Virginia, The New Jerseys and Pennsylvania. New Englandreligion was another history first the colonies that comprised New England were Massachusetts Bay colony, Plymouth, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Heaven. The New Englanders were mostly PuritanSeparatists, who wanted religious freedom; they were very religious, all their beliefs were based on the family and extreme piety. John Winthrop was the future governor of Massachusetts Bay was personwho had dedicated his life to God and identified himself as puritan with a help of some purist they molded a society of strict religious participation.
