According to an article from the website called bystress “Stress is a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way”. It can affect us indifferent parts of our lives and in a different way to everybody. There are many things that produce stress like having a baby, getting a promotion, get fired from the job, buy a car or house, etc.stress is part of our lives, it is constantly with us and the only thing we can do is to learn to deal with its symptoms. Knowing about what causes stress will help us to avoid suffering itsconsequences.
The first cause of stress is the pressure at work or school. Many students and workers feel stressed because they are over a busy schedule, a demanding boss or teacher, or having a deadlineproject. Therefore, there are some companies that require their employees to work extra hours making them feel tired and with headaches. Getting a promotion is a big deal where the workers have to effortthemselves to achieve, on their way to get it they have to abstain of many things like having dinner or sleeping.
Another cause of stress is the economic problems. Money has always been a barrierbetween people but it has also been essential to survive. Since many families have to face with the reality of the lack of money at home, both the father and mother need to go out to work to offer theirkids a better quality of life, solve their home, pay their bills, and so on. Dr. Jessica Ryan, chief from san Vicente, stated “Money and the economy topped the list of stressors for at least 80percent of those surveyed” (economic stress and mental health problem 9)
There are many causes of why stress affects many people´s life, and also the damages that stress have as a consequence.
