I eat to fast and that makes me fell full, I never check the nutrition fact on the back to see if is
healthy ornot, no matter the amount of food I eat as long as it feel satisfied. I used to drink a banana,
mango or strawberry smoothie at mornings,I also used to put honey and granola that is something
healthy, if you drink milk and eat fruits you are giving your body calcium andmagnesium which your
bones need to be strong. Granola is rich in iron, which is in essential mineral for healthy red blood
cells toyour body. Now I only drink a cup of coffee and I know is not healthy at all but can helps to
avoid Parkinson or Alzheimer. At dinnertime I try to eat chicken or fish, if you eat chicken, you can
help your body to digest faster that normal, the fish gives you energythat your body needs, and helps
to have stronger bones and teeth. At night I eat cereal, that is rich in iron if you eat cereal canhelp you
to do not get anemia. I know my diet is not balanced, but I do not have time to do a healthy dish rich
=- in vitamins andnutrients, even two hours I am hungry so I eat anything I can find in way. I try to eat
healthy meals buy my snacks are not as healthy asmy meals, I think there will be no difference in my
health if I eat fast or slow, because I still can eat Healthy at all times.
