Pilar Sordo.
Pilar Sordo is a Chilean writerand psychologist. She has recently became famous in our country because of her book “Viva la diferencia”, which was the best seller for 114 weeks. Less famous but more recently isher book “Con el Coco en el divan”. Like the first one, this was a best seller too, but only for 33 weeks. The book was written by her and Coco Legrand, a Chilean humorist.
Thewriter was born in Temuco, Chile, the 22nd day of October 1965. After the death of her first husband and her son and daughter’s father, who couldn´t get over the cancer, she faceda big crisis. Therefore she started studying psychology at the Diego Portales University. After some years she realized how to overcome the pain and be happy anyway. During hercareer, Pilar met a lot of people living between stress and depression. Was then she decided to share her learning with many people as possible.
She wrote 4 books. The first onecalled “viva la diferencia” is about the differences between womans and mans. She tries to make easier the relationship for both genders. That is the reason why she has female andmale public. She speaks about these topics from her personal experience.
Also she use the humor to make it more enjoyable. All that make her words more real and that is why peopleloves her.
So, is Pilar Sordo ready for start again? Of course she is. She assumed that she had done everything wrong with her first husband, but now she bets to love one moretime. Pilar ensures that she found happiness enjoying the life with her children and Oscar, her second love. However she continues studing and working as psychologist and writer.
