Axiom Technologies will be a firm that endeavors to position itself as an elite BPO operation by providing clients with the best quality call center services 24 hours-a-day their money can buy; a service that allows them to optimize communication with their end customers. We specialize in business to business (B2B) and business to customer (B2C) services that includes both inboundand outbound calls. One of our greatest assets are our dedicated and well trained staff of customer support specialists who are able to consistently deliver first class services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
If our clients have these goals: quantifying sales leads, taking orders, responding to ad inquiries, market research, or general information requests, our company has the peoplewith the expertise to professionally service said needs.
The Company
AT will be a limited Corporation registered in Managua, Nicaragua for tax purposes. Its founder is Mr. Marcelino Mora, a former head at Mora Del Cid Inc., a Public Relations and Marketing firm in Homestead, Florida. Mr. Mora has brought together a highly respected group of telemarketing and customer relations specialists who havea total of 35 years of combined experience in this industry.
The company has a limited number of private investors and does not plan to go public. The company has its main offices in Masaya, Nicaragua. The facilities include office spaces, conference rooms, and a phone center. The company expects to begin offering services in January of Year 2013.
The Services
Axiom offers a wide range ofcall center services including both inbound and outbound calls. We provide bilingual services in both English and Spanish. The most common needs that we can fulfill are:
