RESUMEN
Santiago, la capital de este país, se encuentra en una etapa de crecienteemancipación comercial, en la cual, la ciudad desde el mundo privado, se adapta y
transforma imitando otras capitales del mundo, con sus importantes proyectos de
oficinas, retail y turismo. Sin embargo, existe una cantidad de la población que
llegada la hora de regresar a sus hogares, buscan pernoctar en los resquicios
urbanos que sirven para pasar algunas horas durante la noche, “personas ensituación de calle”, es como se les denomina a este tipo de población flotante, que
deambulan principalmente en el centro de la ciudad, como es el caso de la
comuna de Santiago. El objetivo de esta investigación, es establecer si existen las
condiciones de acoger en el trazado publico de la comuna de Santiago, el
pernoctar de estas personas.

ABSTRACT
Santiago, the capital of this country is ina period of increasing trade liberation, in
which the city from the private world, adapts and transforms imitating other world
capitals, with its major office projects, retail and tourism. However, there are a
number of people it was time to return to their homes, looking for loopholes to stay
overnight in the city used to spend a few hours at night, "homeless people" is how
they called thistype of floating population, mostly wandering in the center of the
city, as is the case in the district of Santiago. The objective of this research is to
establish whether the conditions to host public layout in the district of Santiago, of
these people to stay overnight.
