Education in Greece
1. Introduction
In Greece, education WAS reserved only for Children, not for girls, and only for Those Whose Wealth Could affordable. That is, Families Those Who Could not DoWithout the child to work, or Who Could not AFFORD a teacher, Had no access to education.
2. The age - Yeferson
By age seven the child was put under the tutelage of a slave named "teacher" thattaught good manners and drove him to school and sometimes even stayed with him class and then took lessons.
3. How they studied - Felipe
The school was in the home of the teacher. They sat on stoolsand written in waxed wooden tablets with "styles", a kind of pen with a pointed end and a flattened, in order to erase the writing.
