1. The economies get the support from the environment. Natural resources or the goods are all produced by the earth. The environment gives the replenish to the economy, so we are not the ones that do it its all naturaly. Ecoservices aalso support the economy. They are like the services from the earth wich give us water, oxygen and soil.
2. The economiesgrab all the reasource and they use them all until they are all gone and in that process they are polluting the earth. The cost and benefits are affecting the buyers and cosumers. Buyers and consumers are everybody that have business in the earth. Most of the couse of this affectations is pollution. An example of this is that when the the upstream rivers are been polluted, the water brings down thetrash and everything in the waters and bring it downstream until they get down and affect everyone. People are most consentrated in the short terms or the short time of pollution, but what they do not know is that later on the short terms would stop being short and become bigger and a longer term. They are putting less attention to the short terms and putting more attention to the long terms. Theydon’t know that the slow would depleate and pollute on the future and it wpuld become worse. People think that all resources are substainable so they keep using it over and over again. The growth of the cities are damaging the earth because all of them would use a resource and that would pollute the environment. The factories would use a machine that is not sibstainable and they would keep usingit over and over until it ruins, but they would use another one and that would pollute the environment if they would keep using the machines like if they were substainable.
3. Yes, I think it is really important to protect our environment for the future. For example, we have to take good care of the water so that we receive clean water, also water need to keep flowing and if we throw trash inwaters the drainages would get blocked and water would get dirty and go to other places. Also we have to protect our soil so that we have good soil so that our crops would grow good and so that we also have clean vegetables and fruits. Like our projects in the natural reasources of Guatemala, we all need soil and water to grow our reasources. Without those two important things Guatemala would notbe the same country that exports their goods to other countries. Some of our resources pollute most of our country. Like sugar, they have to burn down the fields to make sugar how it is and that gas that they sugar released poluts the environment. Corn is a non sustainable resource because corn is the diet of the people in Guatemala. Guatemalans poorness is so much in a hurry that they do not havetime to use it sustainably because there are a lot of people dieng of hunger in the small villages. As for other resources there are many ways to use them sustainably. Some can be use to export and other to stay here in factories or somewhere were they can keep them save. Many machinery can protect the food and keep them good and so later in the future when Guatemala cannot have the benefits forthe food or they ran out or an emergency happened that people houses went down and they don’t have anything to eat, well the government can go to those places take out the amount of food they need and give it. That is how they could use the resources sustainably.
