Present Continuous: The progressive present is used to say an action that is realized in the moment.
Basic structure:
Subject + to be + Verb + ing + Complement
Examples:
* I am going to thecollege in this moment.
* You are doing your homework in a paper.
* He is surfing in the Cartagena’s beach.
* She is cooking her food for eat it in the school.
* It is drinking water ofit plate.
* They are playing golf because their need practice more.
* We are writing something about the Math’s class.
Present Simple: It is the way of saying a daily routine of a person, butit does not refer to if it happens in the current moment.
Basic structure:
Subject + do/does + Verb + Complement
Examples:
* I sing every day.
* You fight with your brother all the night.* She goes to Karla's house in the morning.
* He gets up at 6 o’clock.
* It eats meat every Monday.
* They visit the art gallery because the pictures help their think.
* We playvideo games together after school.
Adverbs of frequency: They are used to say what one does daily, which is a daily routine for a person. Adverbs of frequency are often used with the present simplebecause they indicate repeated or routine activities.
Adverbs of frequency include:
* Always.
* Usually.
* Sometimes.
* Often.
* Rarely.
* Occasionally.
* Never.

Examples:
* I always eat in the morning before go to school.
* You usually download videos in the computer.
