HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Human Resource Management is the planning; organization, development andcoordination, as well as technical control, capable of promoting the efficient performance of personnel, while the organization is the means that allows people who work in it achieve individual goals related directly or indirectly to the work.
It means conquer and keep people in the organization, working and giving their best work with a positive and favorable. Represents all those thingsthat make staff remain in the organization.
"At present the staff selection techniques have to be more subjective and more refined, determining the requirements of human resources, increasing the effective sources cleave allowing the right candidates, evaluating the physical and mental d potential applicants, and his ability to work, using a variety of techniques, such as the interview,psychometric tests and medical examinations. "
Systems of human resource management or information systems of human resources, also known by its acronym SARH and HRIS respectively form an interface between human resource management and information technology. This combines human resources (HR) and in particular its administrative activities with the resources made available by the computer, andrefer in particular to the planning and data processing to be integrated into a single management system.
The Human Resources Administration has as one of its tasks provides human capabilities required by an organization and develop skills and aptitudes of the individual to be as satisfactory to himself and the community in which it operates. Do not forget that organizations depend for theirfunctioning and evolution, primarily the human element that counts. It can be said without exaggeration that an organization is the portrait of its members.

HR policies refer to the way organizations treat their members wish to achieve through their organizational goals byproviding conditions for the achievement of individual goals. They vary greatly from one organization to another. Each organization develops human resources policy that best describes your philosophy and your needs. Strictly speaking human resources policy should cover the organization that has objectives for the following main aspects:
a) Policy integration of human resources.
b) PolicyHR organization
c) Retention policies of human resources.
