PROYECTO DE INVERSIÓN PARA LA PRODUCCIÓN COMERCIAL DE CHAMPIÑONES EN ASUNCIÓN, PARAGUAY.

Abstract
The present work has as its main objective the determination of the market opportunities, the technical viability and rentability of the commercialization of champignon at Asuncion - Paraguay.- The champignon is the mushroom with the greatest demand, notonly in our country but also through out the world, considering this important factor, its relevant to mention that the adoption of modern technology will enable the production of such champignon, during the entire year increasing the incomes that derive from the sales.- The methodology was based on the technical and financial aspects of the market.- The case study revealed that the offercorresponded exclusively on a 100% from foreign markets, while the demand becomes unsatisfied on certain periods, having to turn to other providers according to the needs of the consumers (according to business men in charge of the management of restaurants), making the prize variety in a considerable range, being the fundamental factor its quality and not the prize it self.- The technical studiesdemonstrated that the production of mushrooms requires complex machinery, structure and specialized edifications, in addition to a proper work planification and a constant monitoring of the productive process.- The reliability of the implantation of such project is given by the conditioning factors of size and location.- The financial evaluation of the project presented, a TIR of 67% with financementand 133% without financement; with a discount rate of 12%, the VNA is of 140.561.134 with financement and 286.096.250 with no financement.- In synthesis, being the TIR greater then the opportunity rate (12%) and the VNA positive, it permits us conclude the financial viability of the project.- Therefore, it has being demonstrated that the market opportunity, the technical viability and the suitablerent, for the commercial production of champignon at Asuncion Paraguay is the most convenient self financed inversion.-

Resúmen
El presente trabajo tuvo el objetivo de determinar la oportunidad de mercado, viabilidad técnica y rentabilidad de la producción de champiñones para su comercialización enAsunción, Paraguay. El champiñón es el hongo con mayor demanda en nuestro país y en el mundo, de ahí, que su producción podría generar elevados ingresos, y mas aún, con la adopción de nuevas tecnologías, que permitan producir el hongo eficientemente durante todo el año. La metodología, básicamente comprendió la realización del estudio de mercado, técnico y financiero. El estudio de mercadodeterminó que la oferta está dada en un 100 % de origen externo; en tanto que la demanda se torna insatisfecha en ciertos momentos, debiendo recurrir a oferentes alternativos según las necesidades de la empresa (todos estos resultados según las entrevistas realizadas a propietarios de restaurantes); que los precios se presentan muy variables y no son condicionantes para la compra, si no la calidad. Elestudio técnico demostró que para producir champiñones se necesitan estructuras, edificaciones y maquinarias especializadas, además de una buena planificación del trabajo y un monitoreo constante de los procesos productivos. Mientras que los factores condicionantes del tamaño y localización, hacen factible la idea de implementar el proyecto. La evaluación financiera del presente proyecto,determinó una TIR de 67%, con financiamiento, y 133% sin financiamiento; a una tasa de descuento de 12%, el VAN es de 140.561.134 Gs. con financiamiento y 286.096.250 Gs. sin financiamiento. En síntesis, siendo la TIR mayor que la tasa de oportunidad (12%), y el VAN positivo, permite concluir con la factibilidad financiera del proyecto.
