A. Requisitos para solicitar fondos / Requirements to apply for funds:
1. Contar con policías municipales. / Have an operational municipal or state police division.
2. Los policías trabajaránhasta un máximo de 4 horas extras diarias con excepción de su primer día libre que podrán trabajar hasta un máximo de 6 horas extras. / Police officers will work a maximum of four (4) extra hours dailyafter their regular shift with the exception of their first day off on which they could work for up to a maximum of six (6) extra hours.
3. Completar y entregar a la CST la Hoja de Participación (Anejo1). Favor de consultar al Director/a de Finanzas Municipal para la solicitud de fondos, (debe tener presente que el pago es por reembolso). / Complete and submit at the PRTSC the CIOT participationform (Attachment 1). Please consult the request for funds form with Finances Director, being aware that payment is through reimbursement.
4. Leer detalladamente y firmar el Plan Operacional (Anejo 2)./ Carefully read and sign the Operations Plan (Attachment 2).
5. Establecer el objetivo de la movilización en su Municipio (Anejo 3). Es importante que establezca un horario de horas extras en losque se pueda intervenir con conductores que no hagan uso del cinturón de seguridad, ya que de no establecerse un horario estratégico, la labor realizada y el propósito de la movilización no se cumplen./ Establish the objective for the Mobilization for your Municilipality/Agency (Attachment 3). It is important to establish a schedule for extra hours on which it is possible to intervene with driversnot using their seat belts. If a strategic schedule is not established, it is highly probable that efforts and the purpose for the Mobilization will not be achieved.
6. Completar el Desglose del Plande Trabajo (Anejo 4). / Complete the work plan break down (Attachment 4).
B. Quince (15) días después de finalizada la Movilización deberá entregar a la CST / The following documents must...
