Introduction
The System Development Life Cycle, is a conceptual model which is used insystem designing and analyzing or project management that give a detailed explanation of the stages that happen in an information system development project, from the basic step through maintenance of the completed application. In the software developing, when is the time, to start elaborating the system specifications and the implementation stage are considered the two of the most importantphases within the software development life cycle.

This is a cautious process that can go out of hand very fast, and also because it is the final stage of the creation of a program. In a simple way the system specifications describe which are the requirements for a program to run with its determined purpose and to be effective and the implementation stage is basically coding the program. Ourpurpose in this assignment is to explain more deeply what must be included in the system specifications of a software development project as well as to describe its implementation stage.

Identify Project And List Contents

During the specification of a computer system’s function,the programmer/creator must first identify which is the project. In addition, the programmer must also produce a list of contents will be featured inside the project, showing that way which will be the functions of the project and for what it may be utilized. To identify a project it is imperative to take into account the following aspects and factors of the system: • • • • Plain objectiveMethods to follow To which kind of person is the project directed Courier in which the system will work

Once these factors are taken into account and placed the identification project will be so easy to do that you may not have already done it; you would just be missing a name, which comes to your own creativity.
Likewise the listing of the project’s contents is a crucial step during thespecification of a computer system’s functionality. A project’s content list must be very precise due to the reason that it is the base of what is the project’s function. If a content is missing the project’s objective may not be fulfilled completely.

It is suggested to create aflowchart and a data flow diagram in order to organize the characteristics of your computer system. •Flowchart • A flowchart is just simply a sequential chart where you can see the linear actions of a person or a process, in this case the computer system.

•Data Flow Diagram • A data flow diagram is very similar to a flowchart is a twodimensional diagram that gives the explanation of how data isprocessing development of a computer system.

A System Development Life Cycle Model usually features these types of diagrams.
