The difficult for young people to find job as English teacher

Nowadays, young adults who are professionals have fewer opportunities to get a job in the areas where they are professionals when they already left the university. Several young adults has this problem every single day and the government does not solve this problem, because of that we can see professional youngadults working as taxi drivers, waiters, sellers, or in jobs that are nothing to do referring about what they had studied at university or in the worse of the cases that is why are many “Ninis”. The term “ninis” is a Mexican word, this word is used to call at young people or young adults who do not work and study. So, according to the OCDE (Organización para la Cooperación y el DesarrolloEconómico), Mexico is consider in third place with 7 million and 226 thousands young people and young adults between 15 and 29 years old without education and without work. This number tells us there is a big problem talking about job creation in Mexico.
Considering this number of “ninis” in Mexico, we have to make the obligated question; What do this numbers of young people and young adults do in orderto survive? If we are living in Mexico, we know how difficult the problem with drugs and drug traffickers is. There are a lot of people working in those drug traffickers and in vandalism doing thing that are not good for society.
When young adults finish studying their degree, companies do not want people like them; without experience and sometimes so young. Companies do not want people too oldbut neither so young in a professional job. So, if one of those people do not get a job, what would this person do? Many people work doing bad things, but this is not because they really want to work on it, it is because of the necessity that they have in order to survive and maybe the responsibility of supporting a family.
We have to understand the necessities in both sides. If we were theowners of a company, obviously we would hire the best employers that we could hire. But in the other side of the coin, we have to understand that when young people finish studying they want a job according their necessities, aptitudes and what they had studied. The best option is pleasure both sides, companies and new young adults professional.
As we know, actually there are more people who have aprofessional educative level because of the citizenship is growing up day by day and the high demand that people need in order to get a job. Time before, people could get a job with a primary school certificate, but now if people do not have at least high school certificate, we have to be sure that those people will not get a job in an easily way, far less a job well paid. Even more, nowadays, peoplewho have a high school certificate is very difficult to get a good job for them, so, we can imagine to people who do not have it.
The most important point on this problem, is that Mexico has people with excellent main and ideas in order to get a solution at this problem. The problem with this people is that government does not help to this people as the government has to do it instead of act asanything is happening with professional young adults.
In the case of young adults that have studied for English teachers, they have the difficulty to get a job in a school when they do not have experience on teaching English, it does not matter if they have done some practices on it, for school does not main anything.
An idea as a solution for this problem is to put in practice new rules forschools where English teacher can get a job. The goal is that each school have to accept a new young English teacher, it does not matter if they do not have the experience required for that job. The schools have to let to this people work and this people can get the experience through the years. This teacher is not going to be well paid, and maybe need to work harder than the others English...
