TORTILLA ESPAÑOLA (cuatro porciones)

INGREDIENTES:
*Un kilo de patatas (papas)
*Una cebolla
*Seis huevos
*Una cucharada de aceite de oliva
*Sal

Preparación:

Pelar y cortaren láminas lapatata y la cebolla cortado en dados muy pequeños, freír en aceite a fuego medio sin dejar que cojan mucho color. Escurrir bien el aceite y salar.
En un bol, batir loshuevos y mezclar las patatas.Poner una sartén antiadherente, al fuego con un poco de aceite, dejar que se caliente bien y echar la mezcla de huevos y patatas. Cocer a fuego lento, dar la vueltaa la tortilla y terminar por elotro lado.
Para dar la vuelta a la tortilla se puede mover la tortilla en otra sartén que esta engrasada, poniendo la primera sartén por encima de lasegunda y dándole una vuelta. Se puede también ponerun plato grande por encima de la sartén y se pone la tortilla al plato dando una vuelta al plato y a la sartén. Después se pone la tortillaen la sartén con el otro lado Se puede probar el punto decocción pinchándola con un tenedor o un palillo de dientes y cuando salga seco ya estará lista.SPANISH TORTILLA (four servings)INGREDIENTS:

* Six eggs
* One tablespoon of olive oil
* Salt

Preparation:
Peel and slice potatoes and onioncut into very small dice, fryin oil over medium heat without letting it catch lots of color. Drain the oil and salt well.
