Trabajo de ingles

Los ejemplos que te acaban de dar son correctos, pero entiendo que tu necesitas 5 de cada uno, y aqui te toca separar las -simple past- delas -past continuos-. Las -simple past- es cuando estas hablando de algo que paso en un tiempo en particular en el pasado, normalmente llevaalguna referencia como ( yesterday, last night, etc.)
por ejemplo:
We rented a car last week.
They bought a car yesterday.

En muchosverbos, solo agrega la terminacion -ed a el verbo para hacerlo en tiempo - simple past-. por ejemplo:
Borrow _ borrowed
cash - cashedclose- closed.

Past continuous y simple past suelen ir juntos, pero no necesariamente.
Pastcontinuous denota una accion larga y simple past una interrupción a la misma.

1. I was watching TV when the bell rang.
2. While I washaving a shower, he phoned.
3. I talked to him while he was having lunch.
4. When Caroline was talking, he started to laugh at her.
5.The man was driving when suddenly he had to stop because of a horse.

Past Perfect denota una acción anterior al pasado, y suele iracompañado de el:

When I got to the bus stop, the bus had already left.
She had left by the time I had arrived.
I wanted to have dinner withthem, but they had already eaten.
I told her the news, but someone had told her before.
I phoned him but he had already left.
