Definition:
Physical exercise it’s an activity that every human being develop, in different levels, trough their existence. As fundament of his acknowledge and meaning it’s necessary to know thefisiological mechanisms that work at the base.
The tendency to exercise and rhythm locomotive acts it’s a natural tendency that produces a rich warm tone and produces pleasure. This and anotherfisiological factors have a great importance in exercise.
Besides from pleasure, exercise maintains corporal agility and makes a great psicological and social influence, also, his deficiency predisposes toobesity and degenerative metabolic issues. In resume, exercise favors physic and psychic health.
As everything in life, excess is perjuditial and must be avoided carefully.
Types of physicalexercise.
Physical exercise can be divided in two big kinds: Dinamic (Aerobic) and estatic (anaerobic). Dinamic exercise is were there is a lot of muscular and articular movement with low increment of themuscular tone. Examples of dynamic exercise are swimming, running, rowing, walking, etc. The static exercise is were there is low muscular and articular movement with important development of muscles.The typical example of static exercise is weight lifting. In most exercises they mix them in different proportions depending of the case. These two types of exercise can produce beneficial changes inthe organism. Besides that, along the realization of static exercise the arterial peripherical resistance increases and of the arterial tension, and that’s because it’s not recommendable in pacientswith cardiac illness. Because of that, in cardiopatic pacients, arterial hypertension or any related pathology, the adequate exercise is the dynamic one.
