1. The structure of the training system and training tools

1 The special set of “Business and processes” in the training system

These half-a-day training modules are designed to give a global vision of ISIS and of the main job evolutions, before the other training sessions.

The aims ofBusinesses and processes modules are to:
• Define ISIS and its stakes
• Be aware of flow and integration ideas (key notions of ISIS)
• Be aware of their place in the flow with ISIS
• Identify the main evolution brought in the plant
• See some screens of ISIS about a current transaction

Composition of Businesses and processes modules:

• One transversal module: Businesses and processes.Content:
← Definition and stakes of ISIS
← Definition of ISIS flow in the plant : organization and main evolutions

• One module by domain (job field) For example : “My business in process : purchasing”
Content:
← Stakes and flow for this domain
← Main evolutions for this domain
← Concrete example of a transaction (or mains screens) with ISIS

Other modules
All theothers modules could be integrated in an group “business and system” where are identified daily evolution, new management rules and how to use ISIS transactions

A large effort has been put to analyse job evolution, change. It’s very important for future end users to know exactly what’s going on in their job, before to learn “where to click on”.
Every answer has to be given so that the task tobe done with the system will be very clear and understandable.

Among “business and system” modules, it’s necessary to begin with Navigation and Master Data modules. The other prerequisites are written in Training Catalogs
