En esta lecturaobservarás las distintas
situaciones en las cuales es posible utilizar
el verbo auxiliar will.

In this reading you will observe the
different situations in which you can
use the auxiliary verb will.

1.“Offering to do something” (Murphy, 1994, p. 42).
Al ofrecer que se hará algo, por ejemplo algún favor o tarea.
Ejemplos (examples):

I’ll take care of your baby.
Yo cuidaré a tu bebé.

2. “Agreeing to dosomething” (Murphy, 1994, p. 42).
Al estar de acuerdo en hacer algo.
Ejemplos (examples):
A:

Did you already finish watching TV?
¿Ya terminaste de ver la televisión?

B:

Yes, I finished.
Sí, yaterminé

A:

Can you turn it off?
¿Puedes apagarla?

B:

Of course, I’ll turn it off.
Claro, Yo la apagaré.
