Chapter 1-5
Mr Lockwood moved to Thrushcross Grange. He went to Wuthering Heights to meet with Heathcliff, him landlord. He discovered that Heathcliff was moody and a verystrange person, but he went other day to meet him again, them a snow storm trapped him at Wuthering Heights. The servant sent him into a unused room where, after read the name “Cathy Earnshaw” at a book, awomen appeared hitting the window and Heathcliff heard that and he went down an shouted throw the window calling that woman, who disappeared.
When Mr Lockwood returned to the grange, he asked toNelly Dean, his servant, about Heathcliff. She has always been with Heathcliff. The story began with the family Earnshaw, who lived at wuthering heights and who had two children: Hindley and Cathy. Oneday, after a travel, Mr Earnshaw brought a little boy who was found at Liverpool’s street close to die. At the first time, everybody hated to Heathcliff, the gypsy boy, and treated him like an animal.Two years later, Cathy and Heathcliff became friends, but Mrs Earnshaw died, and Hindley, who hated extremely to Heathcliff, was sent into a boarding school. Many years later, Mr Earnshaw died andHindley returned with a surprise: he married with a young girl, Frances. Then, Hindley became crueler with Heathcliff, who was very special for Cathy, and Frances expected a child. One day, Cathy andHeathcliff went to Thrushcross Grange when here occurred an accident and Cathy had to stay for five weeks there, where she meted with Edgar.

When Cathy returned she looked like and talkedlike a lady and she started to meet with Edgar, but one day Heathcliff threw a glass to Edgar, who insulted him, and Hindley punished Heathcliff, but later Heathcliff promised that he would getrevenge.
