Eating disorders is a term that expresses disorders in diets; they can be caused by psychological eating problems. When these disorders are not paid attention to they can cause manyproblems in the body, with family and friends, or maybe even cause death. Professionals say that some cases of eating disorders can have serious problems with food and with their appearance. Somekinds of disorders can include symptoms such as, anorexia and bulimia.
Two common disorders are anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa; they occurs when a person consumes large or little amounts of food,but a person feels that situation is right.
Some kinds of eating disorders are:
• BULIMIA NERVOSA is a compulsion to eat food for long periods of time. Some people don’t eat well, and theysuffer disorders in their digestive system. This situation can provoke negative effects (either at a) physical level, mental level and prevent the enjoyment of life. It can lead to serious healthproblems; for example, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, depression, and tiredness.
Bulimia nervosa is an excessive way to calm anxiety; but after they eat too much food.People feel bad or guilty, and reproach themselves, recrimination and resort to do excessive exercise to compensate the excessive calories.
Bulimics often eat food without permission or in strangeplaces; for example, in the bathroom, in the attic roof or hidden places. But that situation leads a person to feel guilty, embarrassed, and like a complete failure. Bulimics try to regain control ofthemselves.
In some cases, Bulimics do a lot of exercise to burn calories, but this practice can be an obsession, and this practice is called Bulimia Nervosa.
