ZTE has sufficient Managed Service experience covering56,000 sites and 112 million subs in more than 60 global projects.
ZTE has abundant Multi-Vendor Managed Service experiences on the equipments from Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia Siemens, Nortel, Motorola, Alcatel-Lucent, and others, covering GSM, UMTS, CDMA, Microwave, WiMAX, IT, etc

Hutchison in Austria
ZTEsigned a 6-year managed service contract with Hutchison 3G Austria, staring to provide the full scope of managed services for H3G from Jan 1st, 2010.
High lights of the contract:
Covering H3G’s network all around the whole Austria, serving 6.5 Million subscribers.
ZTE manage all the third party vendor’s facilities including wireless (4000+ Node Bs), core, microwave (3600+ sets), repeaters,powers system and the equipments swapped by ZTE
Realize the steady-going network maintenance before and after Network Modernization and Up-gradation, helping H3G focus on core business developing.
Financing & Operating Lease mode help H3G saving TCO at the outside.
China Unicom
ZTE managed more than 9,000 CDMA sites of Ericsson for China Unicom for 2 years. ZTE signed a contract with ChinaUnicom and Ericsson separately in Nov.2007; ZTE to be fully responsible of the operation and maintenance including technical support services for the CDMA network of China Unicom and purchased advanced technical support on a per-event/day basis and return & repair of faulty units from Ericsson and other capable subcontractors. ZTE O&M team kept a good operation and maintenance of EricssonCDMA equipments and won the commendation from China Unicom

CELL C in South Africa
ZTE started Managed Services for Cell C from 6th Jan 2010, with a 3 years’ MS contract since 2010 and extended contract in 2012, in scope of roll-out of GSM/UMTS Network, swap and expansion and a full scope Managed Service for morethan 2500 sites. ZTE is now managing over 1,000 2G&3G Hybrid SDR sites for Cell C, and is going to manage 1,200 sites by the end of 2010.
