Resumen
La creatividad y la innovaciónson un tema en el que los profesores
deben enfocar su atención para poder desarrollarlas y canalizarlas de
forma constructiva hacia los alumnos, generando propuestas innovadoras
que al ejecutarlas, estimulen y motiven a los alumno a descubrir y
experimentar con herramientas y técnicas para el aprendizaje, el ejercicio
de las habilidades del pensamiento creativo. Esto conduce a los
profesores atener una actitud reflexiva y los responsabiliza a conocer las
diversas formas que tienen los alumnos de acercarse al conocimiento,
además de facilitar, orientar y guiar el encuentro de ellos con el
conocimiento para generar aprendizajes significativos y creativos que
implique que se conviertan en aprendices autodidactas. Tales cualidades
son elementos básicos para que el alumno desarrolle suspropios
procesos de elaboración de conceptos de selección, organización y
transformación de la información que recibe de diversas fuentes,
estableciendo relaciones entre dicha información y sus ideas o
conocimientos previos. El objetivo de este trabajo es aprender y conocer
los conceptos que ayuden al proceso del profesor facilitador para
promover la transformación y el desarrollo de la creatividad einnovación,
junto con la construcción y el aprendizaje significativo. Se busca que el
profesor facilitador visualice la importancia
de capacitarse
constantemente para impartir una educación innovadora donde lo que se
pretende es plantear retos resaltando que en la iniciativa, en la
planificación, desarrollo y evaluación del cambio previsto, ser creativo
significa, por sobre todas las cosas, no sólouna forma de pensar, sino
una actitud ante la vida.

Abstract
The creativity and the innovation are a subject in which the professors
must focus their attention to be able to develop and to canalize of
constructive form towards the students, generating propose innovating
who when executing them, stimulate and motivate the studentto discover
and to experience with tools and techniques for learning, the exercise of
the abilities of the creative thought. This leads the professors to have a
reflective attitude and it makes responsible them to know the diverse
forms that have the students to approach the knowledge, besides to
facilitate, to orient and to guide the encounter of them with the knowledge
to generate significant andcreative learning that it implies that they
become self-taught apprentices. Such qualities are basic elements so that
the student develops his own processes of elaboration of selection
concepts, organization and transformation of the information that receives
