Decision making is the process by which an individual needs to take a judgment based ontwo or more alternatives. Every day we go through situations in which we face with this reality. We are going to moments in situations with more risky than other elections. In a company decision makingis one of the most difficult areas since it requires much responsibility. In each project carried out within the institution, requires that all support the idea. Decisions can be changed depending onthe moment in significance and connotation.
In the management area is one of the most important keys, determines what to do and how to carry out the responsibilities in the company. The decision hasfour basic elements, such as planning, organization, direction and control. The first is planning as choosing their targets and actions, which are the goals and preparation that will deal with thetask, the type of leadership necessary, as also the specific changes in productivity.
Decision-making covers several aspects. It is very important to take into account decisions are presented atvarious levels, where it takes an action falls a purpose or objective. Between important points in making effective decisions, takes into account certain alternatives such as also the advantages,limitations and adopting deemed it more appropriate with the proposed objective. In the decision-making this uncertainty already nothing can guarantee that the conditions in which the decision is the same, thechanges are constant.
