The top education in Colombia challenges and perspectives current
RESUMEN.
La Educación Superior en Colombia está reglamentada por la ley 30 de 1.992 en
la cual se advierte que es un proceso permanente que posibilita eldesarrollo de
las potencialidades del ser humano de una manera integral y tiene por objeto el
pleno desarrollo de los alumnos y su formación académica o profesional.
El concepto de “Universidad” si se toma desde el punto de vista semántico y
como concepto cognitivo se refiere al conocimiento universal, es decir, la
capacidad que debe tener el hombre en el ser y en el hacer para la solución de
problemastécnicos, filosóficos, humanísticos, etc.; siendo esta universalidad la
que le da las competencias para desempeñarse dentro de la sociedad.
Inicialmente el concepto de educación superior se radicalizó y se orientó solo a
dictar clases, pero con el paso del tiempo este concepto ha cambiando hasta el
punto que hoy en día no se concibe una educación superior que no sea global y
participativa, esteconcepto de global hace referencia no solo a los conceptos
tecnológicos sino también a los culturales que vuelvan al profesional
competitivo a nivel nacional e internacional.
Es muy importante entonces un sistema general de Educación Superior que
permita la interacción entre las Instituciones a nivel Regional, Nacional e
Internacional, para que un estudiante pueda en determinado momento solicitartransferencias y homologaciones de asignaturas entre ellas y que no existan
conceptos disímiles entre Institutos Técnicos, Universidades Públicas y
Universidades Privadas.
El presente escrito pretende dar una primera aproximación (ya que
necesitaríamos hacer una investigación más profunda) y una mirada crítica, sin
pretender en ningún momento dar la solución Salomónica sobre lo que se
presenta enla Educación Superior actual en Colombia, pero eso sí, dejar abiertas
las puertas para un debate sobre ella, y su importancia en el futuro Nacional e
Internacional.

ABSTRACT.
The Top Education in Colombia is regulated by the law 30 of 1.992 in which one
warns that it is a permanent process that makespossible the development of the
potentials of the human being of an integral way and takes as an object the full
development of the pupils and his career or professional education.
The concept of "University" if it takes from the semantic point of view and as
cognitive concept there refers to the universal knowledge, that is to say, the
capacity that the man must have in the being and in do for thesolution of
technical, philosophical, humanistic problems, etc.; being this universality the
one that gives him the competitions to get out of a jam itself inside the company.
Initially the concept of top education became more radical and one orientated to
dictate only classes, but with the passage of time this concept has changing up to
the point that nowadays one does not conceive a top educationthat is not global
and participative, this concept of global refers not alone to the technological
concepts but also to the cultural ones that turn the competitive national and
international professional.
The written present tries to give the first approximation (since we would need to
do a deeper investigation) and a critical look, without trying to give never the
solution Salomónica on what heappears in the Top current Education in
Colombia, but it yes, to make the doors opened for a debate on her, and his
importance in the National and International future.
