The largest passenger airliner in the world
The Airbus A380 is a four-engine plane airplane manufactured by Airbus pan, a subsidiary of EADS group. This is the first aircraft with two decks along its entire body, unlike the Boeing 747, although it also has two top cover only covers the front of thefuselage. It has a maximum capacity of 853 passengers, making it the largest commercial aircraft in the world. Thus overcoming the aforementioned Boeing 747. Exceeded only by the Antonov An-225. Its length is nearly 73 meters and 24 meters high, its structure being formed in 40% of carbon fiber and other advanced metallic materials. The early development of the AirbusA380 back to the summer of 1988, when a group of engineers at Airbus led by Jean Roeder, began working in secret in the development of a wide-bodied aircraft with the dual aim of completing its range of products and break the stranglehold imposed by Boeing in transoceanic flights with its Boeing 747 since early 1970. In June 1994, Airbus began developing its own large commercial aircraft, initiallycalled A3XX.
