Infidelity: An Annotated Bibliography
All the sources that will be listed give an explanation or the causes and effects that infidelity produces in the relationship of a couple, family andeach person as an individual that is dealing with this situation. Infidelity is when there’s a breach of trust in a relationship and this means to a lack of faithfulness to one’s moral obligations to apartner. It usually refers to sexual infidelity, although others also see it as a deep and very intense emotional relationship with someone other than their partner and even thought there might notbe any physical contact, they still consider this an extramarital involvement.

This article presents the causes and effects infidelity has in a relationship, especially if the couple is married. It shows how some of the “cheating”partners are almost at the verge of breaking the infidelity when their spouse finds out. It not only confirms that the cheating partner cannot be excused for the behavior but it also suggests sometips that maybe are failing in the marriage and how after the infidelity is known it can break everything apart and even cause some serious emotional trauma to the other partner. I believe this articleis of great use for my research paper because it helps me get a better understanding of the situation and how many people can cope with it.
