INTRODUCCIÓN

Este trabajo es una aplicación del método del juego de los actores, que corresponde a una de las herramientas más utilizadas dentro del análisis de la Prospectiva, a través del software MACTOR, que consiste en el uso del álgebra lineal, para que a través de matrices se pueda obtener información de fondo a cerca de las interacciones de los actores, teniendo en cuenta susobjetivos, retos y estrategias de juego.

Luego de realizar el análisis estructural sobre las variables internas y externas que inciden sobre el cumplimiento de los objetivos y de la misión de la Procuraduría en el largo plazo, que a su vez nos permite determinar las posiciones de los actores
