Procedure purchase over 100K MT monthly: 

Buyer must send a request with full identification of product,quantity, frequency, destination Port, CIF or FOB and  BCL will  from a prime line bank.
The Refinery will verify the BCL for approve the request.
If the BCL, for any reason cannot be verify, the Refinerycan ask a MT799.
After the approval  of the request, the buyer must emit a BG from a Prime Line Bank for at least three month cargoes. .
After verification of  BG , the Refinery will issue a  LoadSchedule and Pro Form Invoice for the first month cargoes.
On loading day, as soon  the vessel be loaded, the buyer must pay each cargo by MT103 immediately.  The refinery will send to the buyer theSGS inspection Report, Bill of Lading and Partial Commercial Invoice, originals by courier and copies by email.
Once the buyer has received without demurrage all the first month cargoes, the refinerywill sign a Long Term Contract at his request. For the Long Term Contract the buyer must have a Bank Guaranty, and the payment of each cargo will be by wire transfer ten (10) days after reception ofproduct.
In case that the buyer fail in accomplish the compromises, for first time, and the buyer wants continue the purchase, the Refinery will ask  deposit for 0,5 % of the total amount of the firstmonth cargo, in the account of the Refinery. This percentage will be accredited to the Invoice.
In case that the buyer fails in accomplish the compromises, for second time, and the buyer wantscontinue the purchase, the Refinery will ask  a prepaid of the first month cargo .
In case that the buyer fails in accomplish the compromises, for third  time,  the Refinery will cancel all the deal and thebuyer will pass to the Refinery Black List.
