RELACIÓN DE LAS CARACTERISTICAS SOCIOECONOMICAS FAMILIARES EN EL ESTADO NUTRICIONAL DE LOS MENORES DE EDAD

RELACIN DE LAS CARACTERISTICAS SOCIOECONOMICAS FAMILIARES EN ELESTADO NUTRICIONAL DE LOS MENORES DE EDAD

RESUMEN
Antecedentes. El estado nutricional en la poblacin infantil en los ltimos aos se ha visto alterada no solo en deficiencia, tambin en exceso de nutrientes segn lo demuestran los estudios, tenemos que la mayora de los menores de 5 aos no solo del estado de Yucatn sino de Mxico en general, ligado a este problema tenemos la influencia de lascaractersticas socioeconmicas en el estado nutricional del nio. Se encontr que entre factores que influyen en la malnutricin infantil estn: edad, nmero de hijos, estado civil, derechoabiencia, escolaridad y ocupacin de la madre as como Ingreso quincenal, tipo de ingreso y tipo de familia. Objetivo. Identificar elestado nutricional de los menores de 5 aos de Tizimin en el 2005 respecto a lascaractersticas socioeconmicas de los cuidadores. Metodologa. Anlisis de informacin recolectada en una base de datos, transversal, cuantitativa, descriptiva, analtica no experimental. La poblacin son infantes que para el 2005 eran menores de 5 aos del modulo 8 de Tizimn. Con 15 variables de inters para la investigacin y excluyendo el resto con informacin sin relevancia para el estudio se toman entotal los datos de 164 infantes. Resultados. En el estado nutricional la mayora el 62% se encuentra normal y el 38% con alteracin. Alteracin de a nutricin: 61% padecen desnutricin leve; 11% padecen desnutricin moderada; 10% padece obesidad; 18% padece sobrepeso. Discusin. Enla comparacin de resultados se sabe que existe estrecha relacin en el estado nutricional y las caractersticas socioeconmicas delos cuidadores.

SUMMARY
Precedents: The infantile nutritional state of the poblation in the last years has been seen altered not only in deficience but also in excedent of nutrients how is demostrated in the last reports, with that we have the majority of the 5 years old menorsnot only of the state of Yucatan but also ofall country in general, together with this problem we have the influence of the relatives socioeconomic characteristics in the nutritinal state of the child. We find between the factors with major influence in the bad nutrition infantile we have: age, number of soons, civil state, beneficiarity, education, and mothers occupation and monthly revenue, kind of revenue, and kind of family. Objetive:Find the nutritional state of the 5 years old menors in the city of Tizimin in 2005 year respect to the socioeconomic characteristics of the citizens. Metodoloy: Secundary analysis of the recollected information in a cuantitative database of the descriptive finality with a analytic caracter not experimental. The poblation are enfents than were 5 years menors for the 2005 year of the 8 module ofthe Tizimin city. With 15 interest variables for investigation and excluying the rest with not relevance information, for the study, we take the data of 164 enfants. Results: In the nutritional state, the majority of the 62% have a normal state and the 38% with some alteration. Nutrition alteration: 61% have not-seriously alteration, 11% with moderated alteration, 10% suffer obesity and 18% sufferoverweight. Discussion: In the comparison of the results we know than exist some nearby relation between nutritional state and socioeconomic characteristics of the citizens.
