Monitoring naval strength of BRIC countries.
Honorable members of the board, ladiss and gentlemen, good morning.
The BRIC countries is an acronym that is usedinternarionally to refer jointly to Brazil, Rusia, India and China, countries that in recent time have been noted for its economic growrh that can be reflected both in its GDP and in theparticipation these are currently in world trade, theese countries also stand out for their continental strategic dimensions and growth have been developed for military safeguárdingtheir territorial and economic benefits.
This growth that these countries currently have on their armed forces is concerned to its neighboring countries, taking into account thegeopolitical problematic being carried out, in the case of Russia with the melting of the Artic and its desire to reclaim the rights of this area rich in natural resources, thedesire of Brazil to psses nuclear submarines wich will be used to protect the newly discovered resources wich increase their ecomic power, the desire f China to be powerfuland andto have the maritime control of the zone around it, and the possible partnerships between India and China to goverment the control of the Indian ocean, the Arabian sea and theBay of Bengal.
The Democratic Republic of Congo, although not shared directly territory with the BRIC countries supports the poject of seeing ways to reach an agreement withthese countries, and as monitor is not posible taking into acount that these ountries have rights to its sovereignty, but invites the countries concerned to be subject to negotiationtables, as this is a problem that if it is not solved in a peaceful way, may affect us all, keep in mind that the good relations and the social is more important than economics.
