RESUMEN
El propósito de este trabajo es formular una propuesta para la
creación y funcionamiento del Comedor Escolar "La Fila". La investigación
fue de carácter descriptiva. Se trabajó con la población completa de 50
alumnos de los seisgrados que conforman la Escuela Básica Estatal
Concentrada "La Fila", ubicada en el Municipio Petit del Estado Falcón.
Se analizaron y evaluaron las características de peso, talla, sexo, edad
cronológica, condición nutricional, grado, participación en las actividades
escolares y rendimiento escolar de los alumnos. Para evaluar las medidas
antropométricas y la condición nutricional se aplicóel instrumento
llamado Test de Desarrollo Psicomotriz de Haeussier y Marchant
(Tepsi). El análisis de los resultados del diagnóstico permitieron determinar
que un 24% de la población están por debajo de la condición normal de
nutrición, correspondiendo la categoría de desnutrición leve al 20% de los
alumnos. La presente propuesta contiene la misión, objetivos, marco
administrativo,normativa, sistema de coordinación, control, supervisión y
seguimiento, actividades de sobremesa y el plan de acción. Se considera
que el proyecto propuesto tiene explicitada su justificación, características,
condiciones y viabilidad, requiriendo de la inmediata consideración por parte
de las autoridades de la Zona Educativa del Estado Falcón.

The purpose of this work is to formulate a proposal for the creation andoperation of the School Dining Room “La Fila". The investigation was of
descriptive character. It was studied the complete population of 50 students
of the six degrees that attend to Concentrated State Basic School “La Fila",
located in the Municipality of Petit of the Falcon State. It was analyzed and It
was evaluated the characteristics of weight, size, sex, chronological age,nutritional condition, school degree, participation in the school activities and
the students' school yield. To evaluate the anthropometrical measures and
the nutritional condition was applied the so-called instrument: “Test of
Development Psychometric of Haeussier and Marchant (Tepsi). The analysis
of the results of the diagnosis allowed to determine that the population's 24%
is below the normalcondition of nutrition, corresponding the category of light
malnutrition to 20% of the students. The present proposal contains the
mission, objectives, administrative conditions, normative, coordination
system, control, supervision and pursuit, after-dinner activities and the action
plan. It is considered that the proposed project contains enough elements that
can be good for the creation andoperation of the School Dining room “La
Fila”. It was included the justification, characteristics, conditions and viability,
requiring of the immediate consideration on the part of the authorities of the
Educational Area of the Falcon State.
