Buganvillias Complain

First off, a few quick notes. This review is more based on the Time Share presentation than the resort. Since the time share at the Sheraton Buganvilias is part of the Sheraton chain in PuertoVallarta I felt this was relevant to a review on the hotel for those visiting the resort.

The resort itself was very nice and most of the staff are great. I feel sorry for the Time Share women I met atthe front desk area, as they were as nice as can be.

Secondly, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me (I cannot say that I was not warned to some extent about Time Shares). Wellshame on me for this one but I pushed the Time Share manager (Isidoro Martinez) for 3 hours on one issue and he pulled out fake documents to prove his point and lied to my face for the full 3 hours. As Iwill mention a few times this guy is a jerk and worse. It would be so sad if he has a family that has to deal with someone who lies as he dose day in day out. That or the guy has no soul.

I am aTime Share owner in Mexico and though it may not have been all I expected, it was pretty much what I bought and I have enjoyed it over the last 15 years.

What I was buying from the jerk, Isidoro wasan HSI package which allowed nice discounts on great hotels throughout the world. He pulled out freshly printed reports on discounts around the world for hotels such as Hyatt’s, Hiltons, Sofitels andmany other great resorts (yes if it is too good to be true, it is). Again I asked 20 times if what he was showing was true and was told it was and that the only time a hotel may be full would be NewYears or a special event. No worries on my end.

I have the good fortune of traveling around the world for 2 years, leaving in a week and I was hoping to use many of the HSI benefits.
