IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Read Instructions – All the safety and operating instructions should be read before this product is operated. Retain Instructions– The safety and operating instructions should be retained for future reference. Heed Warnings – All warnings on the appliance and in the operating instructions should be followed. Follow Instructions – All operating and use instructions should be followed. Water and Moisture – The appliance should not be used near water for example, near a bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink, laundry tub, in a wetbasement, near a swimming pool, etc. Wall or Ceiling Mounting – The product should be mounted to a wall or ceiling only as recommended by the manufacturer. Heat – Appliance should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other appliances (including amplifiers) that produce heat. Power Sources – This product should be operated only from the type of power sourceindicated on the rating label. If you are not sure of the type of power supply to your home, consult your product dealer or local power company. For products intended to operate from battery power, or other sources, refer to the operating instructions. Grounding or Polarization – This product may be equipped with a polarized alternating-current line plug (a plug having one blade wider than theother). This plug will fit into the power outlet only one way. This is a safety feature. If you are unable to insert the plug fully into the outlet, try reversing the plug. If the plug should still fail to fit, contact your electrician to replace your outlet. The plug is configured this way for your safety. Power-Cord Protection – Power-supply cords should be routed so that they are not likely to bewalked on or pinched by items placed upon or against them. Pay particular attention to the cord in relation to plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the appliance. Cleaning - The appliance should be cleaned only as recommended by the manufacturer. Clean by wiping with a cloth slightly damp with water. Avoid getting water inside the appliance. Non-use Periods –The powercord of the appliance should be unplugged from the outlet when left unused for a long period of time. Object and Liquid Entry – Care should be taken so that objects do not fall and liquids are not spilled into the enclosure through a openings. Damage Requiring Service – The appliance should be serviced by qualified service personnel when: A. The power-supply cord or the plug has been damaged; orB. Objects have fallen, or liquid has been spilled into the appliance; or C. The appliance has been exposed to rain; or D. The appliance does not appear to operate normally or exhibits a marked change in performance; or E. The appliance has been dropped, or the enclosure damaged. 15. Servicing – The user should not attempt any service to the appliance beyond that described in the operatinginstructions. All other servicing should be referred to qualified service personnel. 16. Ventilation – Slots and openings in the cabinet are provided for ventilation. To ensure reliable operation of the product and to protect it from overheating, these openings must not be blocked or covered. The openings should never be blocked by placing the product on a bed, sofa, rug, or other similar surface. Thisproduct should not be placed in a built-in installation, such as a bookcase or rack, unless proper ventilation steps described in the manufacturer's instructions have been followed. 17. Attachments – Do not use attachments not recommended by the product manufacturer as they may cause hazards. 18. Accessories – Do not place this product on an unstable cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table. The...
