EVALUACIÓN DE LA CALIDAD DEL SERVICIO DE UROLOGÍA HOSPITAL NACIONAL ARZOBISPO LOAYZA. LIMA - 2006
EVALUATION OF QUALITY OF SERVICE OF UROLOGY ARZOBISPO LOAYZA NATIONAL HOSPITAL. LIMA - 2006 Gisella Yanire Delgado Castillo 1 RESUMEN Objetivo: Evaluar la calidad del Servicio de consulta externa de Urología del HospitalNacional Arzobispo Loayza, Lima, 2006. Material y Métodos: Estudio de corte transversal, se contó con una muestra de 246 personas, las que aceptaron voluntariamente responder la encuesta SERVQUAL modificada con 18 ítems, aplicada antes y después de recibir el servicio. Resultados: Según los resultados obtenidos en este estudio el 94.7 % de los usuarios encuestados expresaron insatisfacción, d e loscuales el 80.1 % corresponde a insatisfacción leve moderada y el 14.6 % a insatisfacción severa. Según el Tabla de priorización de dimensiones la confiabilidad y respuestas rápidas, son las que merecen mayor atención en la mejora de la calidad del servicio. Conclusión: Evaluados los niveles de satisfacción de los usuarios de la consulta externa del servicio de Urología del Hospital Nacional ArzobispoLoayza, este estudio concluye que: Dentro de las dimensiones de calidad del servicio, la dimensión que muestra el nivel de insatisfacción más marcado, es la de seguridad con un 77.33 % de insatisfacción leve – moderada. En cuanto a los ítems que intervienen en esta dimensión, la confianza que siente el paciente en el servicio tiene una media de 1.11, la calidad d e información que dan lostrabajadores tiene una media de 1.17, la media de la calidez, amabilidad y atención que ofrecen los trabajadores es de 1.29, y la media de la cooperación que tienen los trabajadores entre sí para ofrecer un mejor servicio es de 1.34 Identificados la dimensión y los ítems deficientes que intervienen en una baja calidad de servicio que se ofrece, existe la posibilidad y oportunidad de planificar y ejecutarmejoras en la gestión de la calidad el servicio del consultorio externo de Urología de l Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza.
