Work environment – People with passion for their jobs

Reasons
* Make the task enjoyable
* Perception of time in work goes faster
* Good office environment* All try to achieve their personal goals and the goals for their company
* Felt important the task they are performing
* Reduce the absenteeism, increase the compromised

How theyhave to do that change
It would be so easy as a human resources to find the staff that would have the same ideology, sharing with a lot of passion the goals for the company, very compromised andalways enjoying the time in the company, but in fact reality sometimes it is not like that and it is very easy to see people that is always complaining for the company they are working for, orsimple hating the time in job.

How to turn around this scenario? First step begin with the leaders, they are the face of the company for their staff, the way they perform the passion for theirjob, the way they will impact the rest of their team. They have to be very engaged in the leading role, in order to give support the team, making them feel comfortable and appreciated, the morethey give support their team, the more the team will be enrolled and compromised with the leader.

The best contact strategy to convey that new meaning
The best strategy to implement isenrolling the leaders with the ideology of the company, focused in the wellbeing for their staff in order to develop people´s loyalty and passion for their current position.

Another importantsubject for the human resources is to have a plan to grow the potential for their current staff, not only in technical skills but in skills focused on leading, each people behavior mean a hugeimpact on the company´s results.

Leader with a clear vision of the task to perform, taking serious the role of leading their team, encouraging and making them feel important for the company.
