Introduction
In today's government we have 3 branches which are equally distributed in power. The legislative, judicial, and executive needs help from oneanother.
Executive
The president of the country; he is responsible for representing the government.
Legislative
The congress people; this branch is responsible for the making and proposing oflaws.
Judicial
The court; its responsible for applying justice, if people are respecting the laws.
Charles de Montesquieu
Charles-Louis de Secondat, baron de la Brece et de Montesquieu was bornon the 18th of January 1689 in Chateau de Brece, France. He died on the 10th of February 1755 at the age of 66 in Paris, France.
He was a French Political Philosopher; his main achievement was theequal separation of the state powers executive, legislative, and judicial. This separation of the government is being used today's modern government. His work started when he published "Persianletters" in 1721 and his next work called "Considerations on the causes of Grandeur and decadence of the romans" this led to probably his greatest work "The Spirits of the Laws" all of this books were bannedby the church which in this era had a great governmental and social power. His work was mostly used in Britain and in some North American British colonies he was considered the champion of Britainliberty, but in United States of America he inspired important founders he was frequently quoted by American and British government and politics. One of his most used quotes is "government should besetup do that no man has to be afraid of each other." All his work made a great change in his time and the present. He finally start getting blind and he died blind by a high fever in 1755 he was...
