This list contains the most importantsociologists that have existed in the world, because they have success in their work to make a social change. Also a lot of them have made the upper class people be more conscious with the ones that arenot in their level. And also they made a change in the mind of the lower class to ask for their needs, and to be treated with more respect. Making science that times little but important socialchanges.
Augusto Comte:
Augusto Comte was born in Montpellier, France in the year of 1798. But talking about his life as a social person he was a very important person for the society, why?. Because hewas the beginner of the positivism and the sociology, both terms are very important because define the organization of the world. He entered to a French polytechnic school, in it he gave a philosophycourse, and his objective was to create a new positive thinking. In them he established a system of collective beliefs. And to determine a politic organization, he’s ideas were made to organize, and toorientate the human beings, instead of destroying.
Emile Durkheim:
He was born on April 15 of 1858, in France. He was nicknamed “The Metaphysic”, he was very interested in all the philosophicissues, completing his degree in the influence of the positivism and evolutionism. Years later he gave Social Science and pedagogy lessons, his courses had a lot of success, because years later theFrench education put it as an obligatory class in the education. He also was used to use the scientific method in the human lives and problems, because he considered, that this aspects were needed to betreated as things to have a much more positive life.
Karl Marx:
