Introduction
This project is based on promoting the use of organic fertilizers, not only because they can turn out to be cheaper, but to help the environment by avoiding the use of chemicallysynthetized fertilizers. We all know that Honduras is a country that has a lot of people that dedicates to cropping. We are trying to find a way in which we use organic materials to promote plant growth.The three key minerals for plants are phosphorus, nitrogen, and potassium so we must find the way to extract one of these minerals from a natural resource and mix it with another material that is notharmful to the environment and that will make the process of the plant acquiring the mineral more easily. So in order to accomplish this we must do a lot of research on how we can get minerals fromplants and what substances we can use to make the fertilizer more efficient. As a matter of fact I should say that the best way to fertilize plants is by using organic fertilizers, so we need to promotetheir usage to save money and protect the environment.

Objectives
* Create an organic fertilizer that can be efficient and enviromentaly friendly.
* Find the way to extract potassium,nitrogen, or phosphorus from soil or any other organic material.
* Find the substance that is more adequate to be mixed with the mineral to make it work efficiently on plants.
* Figure out the waywe could make our fertilizer have an effect on the plant’s growth.
* Promote the use of organic fertilizers in agriculture.
* Find the right plant to get a good amount of nitrogen, phosphorusor potassium to make the fertilizer.
* Saving money by using handcrafted organic fertilizers.

Hypothesis
Our hypothesis after consulting with an agronomical engineer is that we can getnitrogen by extracting it from Gliricidia Sepium, a plant that is very common in Central America and is known as Madreado, and mix it with a substance to make it an efficient fertilizer.
